Who We Are

Introductions at the highest level, between the people who actually decide.

We work primarily with founders and owners, connecting them with other entrepreneurs and principals who share the same long-term outlook. These are not institutional handshakes. They are relationships between people who have built something and understand what that means.

We also connect our partners with political figures: ministers, senior officials, and advisors who shape the regulatory and policy environments that determine what is possible in a given market.

On the capital side, we work with private equity funds and, selectively, venture capital, bringing them opportunities and counterparts that are not available through the usual channels.

Our founders arrived in Vienna in the 1990s, at the moment Central Europe was reopening to the world. Over the following decades, that work extended east into Central Asia, south into Africa, and across the Gulf.

Vienna was not chosen by accident. For centuries it has served as the continent's great meeting point, the city where East meets West, where empires negotiated, and where the world's most important conversations have taken place quietly, away from public view. That tradition of discreet, cross-cultural exchange is why our counterparts trust us.

Today, analysis, research, and execution can all be automated. What cannot be automated is trust: the phone call that gets answered, the door that opens, the room you are already in when the decision is made. That is what three decades have built.

Konstantin has spent over two decades building relationships across Europe, Central Asia, and Eastern Africa — working at the intersection of business development, board advisory, and market entry.

He advises founders, principals, and senior executives on go-to-market strategy, NED placements, and high-level sales mandates. His work is built on a single principle: the right introduction, to the right person, at the right moment.
